What the service does

uolmarketplace is a student-to-student marketplace. We are not the event organiser, venue, university or original ticket platform, and listings do not imply their endorsement.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and verify an email from a supported university. You are responsible for keeping your account and ticket private.

Selling

You may list only a genuine ticket you own and are legally and contractually permitted to transfer. You must disclose the original face value and your asking price. Listing is free; there is no resale-price cap on the platform, but event-organiser terms and applicable law still apply. Uploading the same ticket more than once, retaining a usable copy after sale, or misdescribing a ticket is prohibited.

Buying, fees and offers

The full price and buyer-protection fee are shown before payment. Offers are not charged until accepted and paid through checkout. Never pay a seller outside uolmarketplace.

Delivery, reports and refunds

A stored PDF is released after payment confirmation. Seller payout is held until after the event. Buyers must report invalid, duplicate or materially misdescribed tickets before the displayed reporting deadline. We may request evidence, pause payout, refund a qualifying buyer and suspend an account.

Event risk

Admission remains subject to the organiser and venue. We do not guarantee that an event proceeds or that a ticket is transferable where the organiser prohibits transfer. Liability is limited to the amount paid through the platform where the law permits.

Contact

Before launch, replace this paragraph with the operator’s legal name, postal address and support email. These terms need UK legal review before taking real payments.
